Axel "Guillotine" LeGras

Age 21 was a game changer for Axel. After living in Paris for a year, he made the decision that he will do everything to reach the impossible dream he’s always had since he was eight: becoming a pilot.

With very limited opportunities to become a pilot in France, terrible english, and no money, he went back to Normandie to live with his family and work towards becoming a Navy pilot. He cut social media, trained physically, and improved his English as an au pair in Germany and England.

In the meantime, Axel got a job offer from the French Army to attend their Special Forces training cutting short his goal of becoming a Navy pilot.

Shortly after receiving his Paratroopers Beret, Axel got his first chance to become a pilot in the civilian world and decided to seize the opportunity. He joined a pilot school in Florida in 2019 and finished his flight training in Oregon where he obtained his flight instructor certificates. In 2022 he joined SCA to become an aerobatic flight instructor. He now spends his days doing what he loves, flying planes and eating “sushis.” (Not a typo he actually says sushis)
