A deposit will be charged at the time of booking. Deposit Amounts–outside of 48 hours 25%, inside of 48 hours 100%, Gift Cards 100%, Groups (6 or more) deposit amounts will vary depending on size and location. Any remaining balance will be paid at the time of check in. Any deposit paid is not refundable. Customers must reconfirm flight reservations at least 24 hours in advance. All cancellations inside 48 hours and no shows will be charged in full. Unless otherwise stated below, SCA flights are non-refundable inside of 48 hours.

SCA is not responsible for any changes, delays or rescheduling due to unscheduled maintenance, inclement weather, the actions of independent contractors, or Acts of God. If, due to weather or unscheduled maintenance, SCA is unable to takeoff on the assigned day and the customer is unable to reschedule, then customers will receive a full refund. Weather determination is made by the pilot in command within 1 hour of scheduled launch and based on flight minimums established by the FAA.

Pickup and drop off shuttle transfer from select hotels are complimentary and of no monetary value. SCA San Diego and SCA Minden-Tahoe do not currently offer shuttle pick up and drop off. SCA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whom is deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Fuel surcharge may apply. All other taxes and fees are included.

For safety, you should be in good health and free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggravated by this adventure. Expectant mothers should not ride.

Weight Restrictions:

Extra 330: Between 80 lbs (36 kg) & 265 lbs (120 kg)

Height Restrictions:

Extra 330: No taller than 6’6″ (201 cm)

Apparel Restrictions:

Shoes and Socks Required. Jackets recommended in winter.
