What are SCA Terms & Conditions?

All Customers must reconfirm flight reservations at least 24 hours in advance. All no shows will be charged in full. SCA flights are non-refundable inside of 48 hours.

SCA is not responsible for any changes, delays or rescheduling due to unscheduled maintenence, inclement weather, the actions of independent contractors, or act of God.

Pickup and drop off shuttle transfer from select hotels are complimentary and of no monetary value.

SCA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whom is deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Fuel surcharge may apply. All other taxes and fees are included.

A 25% deposit will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be paid at the time of check in. The 20% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

For safety, you should be in good health and free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggravated by this adventure. Expectant mothers should not ride.

Weight Restrictions:
Extra 330:  Between 80 lbs (36 kg) & 240 lbs (109 kg)
T-6 Texan:  Between 80 lbs (36 kg) & 300 lbs (137 kg)
Waco:  Between 40 lbs (18 kg) and 350 lbs (159 kg)*

* Maximum 2 passengers. 350 lbs (181 kg) Total Allowed

Height Restictions:
Extra 330:  No taller then 6'3" (191 cm)
T-6 Texan:  No taller than 6'6" (198 cm)
Waco:  No taller than 6'6" (198 cm)

Apparel Restrictions:
Shoes and Socks Required.  The Waco is an open cockpit biplane, therefore appropriate apparel is required.  Warm jackets recommended in Winter.
